SheSlays’ innovative FlexiBase is a type of soft rubber base, meaning it is a flexible gel, this allows it to reinforce nails while allowing a certain degree of movement, through bending/flexing and through absorbing impacts that would damage or chip other hard gels, this durability thereby extends the gel application’s longevity.
FlexiBase’s adhesion and flexibility allows it to remain adhered to the nail plate while it expands and contracts throughout the day, such as when you submerge your hands underwater, this peel resistance is complemented by its ability to withstand impacts without cracking, other hard base gels crack and results in large portions of the entire application falling out.

Application Notes:
- Make sure to prep the nail well first using our Cuticle Pusher. then sand the nail surface with SheSlays buffer 100/180. Shape the nails , using our best quality nail file 150/180. Duat off the nail surface and use SheSlays LiquiCleanse and our specially sized Nail Wipes to clean and dehydrate the nail surface.
- Apply our gentle, non-irritative Non-Acid Primer and allow it to dry for 1 min.
- Apply our Flexi Base with the rubbing motion onto the nail surface and cure it for 60 seconds in our powerful 48W SheSlays Sun1sPRO LED lamp. If reinforcement is needed, apply another 1-2 layers, each cured well.
- Wipe off the sticky layer using SheSlays LiquiCleanse and our Nail Wipes.
- Apply 1-2 layers of our highly pigmented gel polish colour of your choice, each cured for 30-60 seconds in our Sun1sPRO lamp.
- Apply a layer of SheSlays Non-wipe Top gel coat and cure it for 69 seconds.
- Rehydrate and rejuvenate your cuticles using our Cuticle Oil.
